Meet the Founder
TJ Larkin, Founder of Texas AI Lab

TJ Larkin

AI operator. Builder. Texan.

TJ is an AI operator based in Liberty Hill, Texas. He builds AI software, runs a network of newsletters with 145,000+ subscribers, and started Texas AI Lab to close the gap between what AI can do and what most Texas businesses are actually doing with it.

Texas AI Lab is part class, part lab, part watering hole. Built around real problems, real businesses, and the people running them. The goal is plain: turn AI into something a Texas owner can use on Monday morning.

He hosts the free Zoom clinics, runs the in-person meetups, and takes a small number of paid clients each month. If you want a no-pitch hour with someone who builds with AI every day, the clinic is open.

“Texas-built tools, Texas-sized problems, one room at a time.”
